Meeting my surgeon for first time next week...

And would like to know if anyone can offer suggestions for questions to ask? I have read others questions and would like to know if anyone had any extra ?'s they thought of later...I am 32, 5'10" 556 lb with bmi of 79.8...thanks for your time!!!
