Anyone have approval for TT w/ Cigna this year?

Hi, I am so nervous. I have a date October 6th,for my TT. Now I am awaiting approval. I spoke to my insurance (Cigna EPO Open Access) back in April, they said they cover as long as a letter of medical neccessity is with it. I am just really cautious and was wondering if any one else has gotten approval this year? I am also having a revision fro my breast reduction done at the same time. Thanks for any thoughts!
