3 weeks post-op,can we eat any bread like light wheat bread?

is it safe to eat light wheat bread or some kind of bread I don't want to slow down my weight loss any but I really would like to find some easy meals to eat that take less than 10 mins or so to fix I don't have much energy so I don't feel like doing much cooking ant advise please lap RNY 7-9-03
