Anyone experience a burning pain around incision sight?

I am 11 days post op Lap RNY and have been feeling pretty good, getting around etc. last night I began to experience a terrible sharp/burning pain when moving certain ways, mostly rising and getting into bed, sitting down etc. The pain is in the area of one of my main incisions but not right underneath (to the left of my belly button and slightly above) When I try to get out of bed I feel like I am being ripped apart, I have no fever and no redness around the area, I have heard similar symptoms from people who have had a drain, I've never had one, anyone experience anythng similar...The pain can be crippling.
