Does anyone use Nature's plus Spiru-tein?

It has beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids, all vitamins, 14grams of protein w/o milk 22 with skim, 7 grams of sugar w/o milk 18 grams with skim,10 grams of carbs w/o milk 22 grams with milk, and it has the beneficial spirulina which has a lot of benefits. I know the carbs and sugar are a little high, but the other things found in it are so beneficial and I my body handles this product really well. Will the sugar and carbs really hurt me or slow down weight loss if I really watch it with my food in-take and exercise?
