I heard BTC will no longer make payment arrangements with you.

I was reading someones profile on here and she stated that BTC will no longer let you make payments for your portion of the bill. Does anyone know if this is true? I am really worried. I have been working with BTC, Wylie Texas since Feb. 2002. I am finally in the final stages of all the pre-op work. Now I am hearing they have a new policy about making payment arrangements. I put a phone call in to my rep. But it is Friday so I know I will not hear back from her until Monday. I appriciate any info anyone can give me. Thanks!
