Seeking A Surgeon in AL, MS, GA or TN who will do a revision after 24 years.

What surgeons in Alabama will do a 24 year revision??? One of my friends at work really needs to have a revision. She had her stomach stapled 24 years ago. It stretched, and she gained back all of her weight. Back then , they didn't require they psychological testing that we have to go through now. Our insurance has approved her to have the surgery, BUT, she can't find a surgeon willing to revise and do the bypass part too. They won't touch her, they say that they won't clean up anyone elses mess. I don't consider her a mess, I just consider her a friend who 24 years ago, tried to make her life better and then the pouch stretched. Can anyone help??? We live in Alabama, but Sally says that she doesn't care if she has to go to Mississippi, Georgia and/or Tennessee to find a surgeon. Thanks guys.
