I have pain on my upper right??

3-10-03, I am feeling a little bit stronger everyday. I had surgery Januray 21. Except for this strange pain I have on the right side of my upper stomach. They took my galdblatter too, but everytime I yawn or sneeze, twits or even touch it feels like someone is stabbing me. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
