I have only met 2 people that has had Celtic ppo. Anyone else?

Ihave met 2 people that had Celtic ppo individual insurance and both have had their surgery already. It has been since May 2002 and I haven't even gotten a denial letter. If there is anyone who has this insurance Please contact me at [email protected]. I really need support dealing with them. Thanks
