which is better post op Equal or splenda or what?

I have just been reading post and it seams some people dump on splenda, I will hopefully be having surgery in early 2003, will equal make you dump? I have also started buying (blue bunny) yogurt it has splenda,or should I switch to the ones with aspertaim (equal). I am learning so much from all of you post ops you'r great!
