Would the ephedra-free Xenadrine be safe to use post-op?

I checked the library to see if there was any information on the ephedra-free Xenadrine but only found questions pertaining to Xenadrine with ephedra. Am asking if ephedra-free would have same health risks as the regular Xenadrine. Thank you for your responses. Evelyn
