Please Help With Suggestions!
Everyone says eat high protein. Can some of you please list a whole bunch of foods that have high protein besides just meat and seafood? Also, my surgeon hasn't instructed me on this, and it seems everyone has really conflicting info. Do we eat three meals a day with no snacking, or do we eat 5-6 small meals a day? Right now, I eat about 4-5 times a day, and about 2 ounces at each sitting. I only eat when I feel hungry and stop when I am full. But, I am not sure if I should cut it down to just three meals. Confused! THanks
