Do any post-op patients feel full in a different place on their body??

2 Weeeks post-op and I am on pureed diet. Does anyone have a different full feeling? Before the durgery, full meant my entire stomach from sided to sided felt full, too full in fct. Now, full in located in one specific area below my left breast. Has anyone else had this feeling???
