3wks post-op/1st day of food. HELP. Anyone else able to eat this much?

This morning I had 1 egg+1 egg white scrambled.....no prob. For lunch I ate 3oz tuna/2T.nonfat Mayo/5 nonfat saltines. Did the doctor even DO surgery!? Isn't this way too much. I did NOT stuff myself........Please respond. I am freaked out!!!!!
