How much does a self-pay lap RNY usually cost?

I'm a Canadian and no surgeons do the RNY laparoscopically here, and there is a wait of about 2 years for an open RNY (because it's 100% covered by our medicare system) . I'm considering travelling to the US to have the lap RNY done. How much (approximately) does this usually cost? I would be willing to go anywhere in the northeast.
