Anyone know anythinhg about Humana Choicecare (choicecare select)

I have decided to oursue a revision after putting all my weight back on in less than a year. 175 lbs to be exact. But I now have a different insurance company Humana Choicecare (Choicecare Select). They wouldn't approve my follow visit to the surgeon back in January 2001 but the list of co morbidities has grown. Sleep Apnea Peripheral neuropathy Feet and knee problems Shortness of breat Severe depression etc. If anyone can shed any light I would appreciate it. You can see the whole story on my page.
