Is there anyone more than 5 years post-op out there???

I'm looking for info on what the long term effects are on the body. I keep seeing everyone 5 years post-op and under. Please give me details of what to expect after 5 years. I have reading things like "expect osteoarthritis and osteoporosis after 5 years". Where have all of the 6 year post-op patients gone? Thanks
