Am I on a plateau or have I stopped losing? I had lap RNY 12/17/01.
I started at 253.5. I now weigh 160. I am 5'3". I have been flucuating between 158.5 and 161 for about 3 weeks. I have never really been on a plateau -- maybe a day or two but never longer. I take a protein supp daily. I take my vitamins daily. I drink 100+ ounces of water daily. I exercise 4 times a week plus I walk. Could this be the end of my weight loss? I still need to lose 30-35 pounds. I am doing everything I am suppose to do. I may be guilty of a few too many carbs. Is this a plateau? Any thoughts and/or suggestions are welcomed. Thank you in advance.
