Any ideas for tightening up saggy skin on neck withouth having surgery?

I have quite a bit of saggy skin on my neck. I would love to tighten it up, but can't afford plastic surgery as it would be self pay. Have any of you found anything that works, besides surgery? Thanks for all you help. - Paulette
