How am I doing...this is my vitamin schedule?
Here is my routine... At 5:15 a.m. I take my Iron (gulcomate 325 mg) w/vitamin C 500mg with water, on an empty stomach. At 6:30 (after Curves) I have my protein drink and take my multi vitammin. Then, new this week I am taking my Calcium 315mg w/vitamin D at about 11:00 with my lunch. I take my next Iron & vit. C at 4:00 w/water, on an empty stomach. I take my next multi vitamin with my dinner about 5:30. then I take the last calcium w/ vit. D, before bed time. How does that look?? My family DR told me just take a multi vitamin, a couple of TUMS and not worry about the Calcium, but I want to be as healthy as possible! In between I am getting in all my water (12 glasses +), getting in all my protien(including 3 supplements) and my exercise!
