Has anyone post-op had a successful, healthy pregnancy?

I am on a waiting list for an Open RNY next year. I was told that pregnancy after having the surgery isn't a good idea. The thing is, I am not sure I am finished having children. I have twin girls and am only 23. I would like to try for one more. I need to know if any women here that have had the surgery have had a successful full-term, healthy pregnancy.
