Is it my breast causing the shoulder and upper back pain

I'm two months post-op, I've lost 70 pounds. My breast are not getting smaller. I wear a 42DDD still. My upper back and shoulders are killing me. I went to the doctor today and he gave me a muscle relaxer and anti inflamitory medicine. I can't take this pain anymore. Has anyone had to have breast reduction done after having Open RNY. If you don't think it's from my breast and have experienced the same pain can you please tell me what it is then.
