Chocolate is SCREAMING my name! This wasn't a prob pre-op but now I seem to crave it!
I have come up with a few 'tricks' but would like some additional ideas...if I have good alternatives on hand I'll have no excuses. I found I can have 2 Hershey kisses but 3 is a problem. I can also handle the sugar free candy/cookies but they give me cramps/gas :(. I love no sugar added hot chocolate (I have it every day- too much?) and 3-4 well placed sugar free candies through out the day (Lifesavers Delites-European Collection) Send me your ideas!
