HELP, I'm 9 weeks post op and still having massive diarrhea??

Any suggestions I'm nine weeks post and having so much diarrhea that I haven't returned to work. Every day I wake up and feel great then I start with the diarrhea 2-4 bouts and I'm a dishrag. I'm afraid to leave the house because I've been incontinent a couple of times in my car because I couldn't find a bathroom quick enough. Any help would be appreciated.
