Please help! I have been sick for the past three days...

Three days ago I started throwing up. At first I thought it was just a bug. But now i am still trowing up. I am three weeks post op and have had NO problems. I was wondering if this sounded like a obstruction of some kind. I keep liquids down and have keep soft proteins down but seem to throw up everything else. I am scared to death. Please help!!!
