How many cc's is pouch size with each surgery

Hi I am pre-op and leaning towards DS. I know the RNY and VBG leaves you with a pouch that holds only about 15 cc's of food, right? What about the DS? And in order to compare that, what size is a pre-op stomach in cc"s? I don't know how to translate cc's into cup size either, so if you can answer that, it would be great too! thanks
