Would like to know if anyone has done this?

In my excitement of being approved I forgot I was gonna ask a question too.*Laugh*. Well with getting approved, I had seen two different surgeons, One was in Cleveland, One was in Michigan. Ok here is the problem or question. My husband would like me to go to the one in Michigan because it would closer to where we live, and having a young child it would be easier for him. We liked both surgeons, and feel comfortable going to either. Now I got approval with the first surgeon, Im wondering, Can you switch surgeons,and how do I notify my insurance company if I would? And can You do that, Or would I have to go through that process again?? Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
