My doctor sent in all my paperwork

on Sept. 1 and now the insurance, BCBS of Mich. say they can`t find any information about me anywhere in their `system`. Is this just a ploy to try to make me give up or is this for real ? Has anyone else ever experienced this ? First they didn`t want to answer any questions and now I`m out in cyberspace somewhere. Thanks for any input.
