Is frozen yogurt really yogurt?

I have been wondering if the frozen (soft) yogurt you buy at an ice cream stand is really truly yogurt? Do you think it has too much sugar or fat to be tolerated after RNY? I have been able to eat popsicles with no problem. Thanks for the help!!
