I've been on a plateau for 2 months now, could the problem be that I don't eat enough

I will admit, I don't eat very much. Nothing sounds good and when I do try to eat something I usually don't finish. I drink tons of milk and take my vitamins but as far as food goes I'm just not interested. I will eat yogurt or an occasional PB&J, but for the most part I just don't eat much of anything. I've tried to drink protein shakes but end up spitting them out cause...well they suck. I have read for people to eat more to break a plateau...does that work? And if so any suggestions on what I could eat...even when nothing sounds good. I don't think I have an eating disorder...but from what I read it's not uncommon...I mean my clothes get looser and looser but my weight goes no where...even has gone up...Any help would be greatly appreciated.
