Does anyone know the doctor's cost in wls?

My insurance company will pay the hospital portion 100% because I am a hospital employee. The surgeon I have in mind doesn't participate with my insurance. I will end up paying my deductible and 30-40% of his fees. I would like to know how much those fees would be?
