should i do it again

this is my story, i had a open ryn on may 9th 2002 and due to staple line disruption i had a revision on feb 13th 2003 but i guess all the dr did was make cut my stomach and make sure the stalpe line was fixed. from the first surgery i lost 35 lbs and in september 2002 i stoped losing so had the revison and lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks and have not lost any more at all in fact one week i'll weigh 240 and the next week i'll weigh 236 so what do i do is there something eles wrong with me now? do i need another surgery?
