i hate to ask this, but has anyone got a suggestion for a laxative

i need something ASAP for constipation. i tried taking milk of magnesia this morning and threw it up before i could get a dose down. i am starting to have pain in my right abdomen and i know its because i have'nt been able to go in almost a week. HELP!thanks, becky [email protected]
