What is the Pouch size suppose to be at 3 years after the surgery?

I did the cottage cheese test and it proved that my pouch is way to big if you ask me. It holds 13-16 ozs. What is the amount it is suppose to be at 4-8? I am gaining weight and want ideas to get this under control HELP!!
