Is anyone else out there Long Term Post op and afraid

I am 6.5 months post op and I find myself afraid to eat. Now my mind tells me that I need to , but emotionally I am afraid to eat. Im afraid if I start eating normal portions taht I am going to gain the 100lbs that I have lost. Anyone else out there feel the same? Is this just a phase?
