HAS ANYONE TRIGLYCERIDES BEEN AS HIGH AS 732?

My triglycerides are 732. My PCP has put me on Tricore and it has caused side effects. I am having sharp pain in my abdomin that last a few seconds everyday and also when I urinate it burns. Please someone respond and let me know if this will help me out in getting the surgery approved through my insurance also.
