Any one had upper arm surgery?

Have any of you long term post op folk had surgery to remove excess skin on your upper arms. What did it entail...any pain... how much did it cost...is there scaring???? I'm seriously considering it. I have some serious flab in that area now and when I lose that last 30lbs., I'll probably have even more. It's really starting to bother me.
