I am 4ft 11inches, and weigh 250, will I lose as much weight as the taller people

will my weight loss be noticeable even though i'm only 4ft 11 inches. I am having the vbg on the 27th of june, anyone else had this surgery and under 5ft tall. thanks for any input anyone has. Trish
