How soon can I climb ladders?

I am an electrician in the commercial construction industry, which can be streneuos work. Has anyone who works in construction gotten a RNY? How soon did you return to work? How much were you able to do? I am a 33 years old female, pre-op scheduled for 4/25/01 and surgery scheduled for 5/1/01.
