HELP!!!Gas pains, bloating, smelly...running family out of room

I am 15 months post..having gas pains, bloating and just plain running my family from the room. I have heard not to eat carbs, diet sugars,or that I might be lactos intolerant...could splenda be doing it??? Any help would be "greatly" appreciated....Shelly
