I have no skin issues following gastric bypass other than those related to Lymphedema

I was recently diagnosed with Lymphedema and have to wear compression stockings/pantyhose daily. I am not able to get adequate compression due to the excess skin on my tummy, buttocks, and thighs. Could insurance cover a lift in my case?
