How do you raise your blood pressure?

Everytime I stand up, I get dizzy, and I have to stand still for a second. I've been having my blood pressure taken regularly, and it's running about a normal 113/63. Is that normal? It seems low to me, since 120/80 is text book? Shoot, before surgery, my blood pressures looked like 160/100. Thanks! Michelle 10/13/03 425/235/200
