Has anyone found a substitute for Trinsicon that does not cause severe constipation?

Was wondering if anyone out there has had luck in this? I am a preop, and have issues with constipation WITHOUT taking iron....I am very concerned on what might happen after the surgery. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I have my second "pre-op" appt with my surgeon in less than a week. Thanks
