Consume 800 cal, Burn 400 with excersise a day?

I went back for a nutrition consult (my choice) at 12 weeks post op to make sure I was on track.. What she told me was to lower my protein intake back down to 60-65 gms a day, increase my water, and take in around 800 calories and excersise to burn 400 of them a day, not counting normal activites...was wondering if this sounded a little extreme to anyone other than myself... note: I have a hard time with dizziness, and no energy at 900 cal, and have been excersising to burn 300-400 6 days a week and 200-300 1 day a week.... any opinions would be greatly appreciated...thanks and GOD BLESS each and every one on you!
