Does anyone know of a good PCP in Knoxville,TN

My doctor has recommended that I have WLS, but I have to wait until I get on my husbands insurance. The bad news is my PCP is moving out of state so need a doctor willing to pick up where he is leaving off. I am open to any suggestions.
