Almost everytime I stand up, I get dizzy. Why?

I feel very dizzy when I go quickly from say a squatting position to standing. Sometimes I feel like I could black out! I'm pretty faithful on taking my vitamins. Though I haven't been able to continually get 50+ grams of protein. And I'm averaging between 55-60 oz. of liquid (water/crystal light/decaf coffee) a day. I'm trying really hard.. please don't raz me. I see the dr. tomorrow.
