Will DR visits affect insurance approval?

I have been researching about everything and I have read about many conditions that are considered co-morbid. i have already had my initial health risk eval. and im scheduled for surgeon consult in june. if i see doctors for some of these conditions now will it affect my ins approval (or denial) in any way (pos or neg)?
