VGB Open: Has anyone had any pain, almost like a bit of grabbing, under the incision?

I am 4 wks VGB open post op and have been feeling great up to a few days ago. My incision is not itchy but rather achey under the scar. It feels tight. I have been applying alow gel and vitamin e oil as well and it is not really helping. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Laurie J
