Connecticare (Personal Care Plan) Insurance

Hi everyone!, I am from CT. and was wondering if anyone pre/post Lap Band surgery had Connecticare (Personal Care Plan) insurance, if so, was it covered/denied?. Any information would be welcomed. Thankyou
