25 days post op and I can chug water.. Is this normal?

I'm only 25 days post op and I can do mini-guzzling (6-7 good size swallows nonstop) of water. On one hand I'm glad I can guzzle although I couldn't at 2 weeks out. On the other hand, I'm afraid that my pouch has stretched out or maybe a rupture? Anyone else out there able to guzzle water so early?
